CEDAR Audio Ltd has a programme towards full RoHS compliance underway. CEDAR branded products in stock on 30th June 2006 at CEDAR Audio's premises in the UK may or may not be RoHS compliant. New product lines released on or after 1st July 2006 will be designed to be RoHS compliant.

Any statement of RoHS compliance made by CEDAR Audio Ltd may be based, in part or in full, on statements provided to the Company by suppliers of components and/or sub-assemblies. CEDAR Audio Ltd may not have undertaken independent tests to establish the compliance of such components and/or sub-assemblies.
