Software Engineer

We require a Software Engineer to join our team in Cambridge developing world-leading audio products on both the Mac and PC platforms. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of C++ and the principles of high quality software design and development. The details of the post are somewhat flexible to suit the individual, but may include assisting in specifying new products, representing CEDAR in communications with clients and collaborators, and the supervision of other programmers.

This post would suit a person with a number of years experience producing high quality software in a professional capacity.

Salary: negotiable, dependent on skills and experience.

C++ Programmer

We require a C++ Programmer to join our team in Cambridge developing world-leading audio products on both the Mac and PC platforms. Initially the post will focus on the production of cross-platform GUI and support software for our audio products, but it offers substantial scope for professional development. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the principles of software development and will have some experience of writing software, preferably using C++. Substantial on-the-job training and supervision will be provided.

This post would suit a recent graduate or a person expecting to graduate in summer 2012 with a good honours degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Salary: up to £25,000 pa
